We hand harvest each plant when we know its nutritive and medicinal properties are most potent and tincture the herb immediately in our lab. Using time-tested recipes, inspired by the old Eclectic herbal doctors, our methods of processing Avena's extracts allows them to be as fresh and as close to their true nature as possible.
