How product subscriptions work
Products are automatically delivered on your schedule. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription anytime.

To subscribe to a product, go to a product page and select "Subscribe & save 15%" beneath the product price. Be sure to select the product size that you want. Also select the frequency of the deliveries you would like. Then, add the item to your cart. You will receive reminder emails a few days before your future deliveries automatically ship.


How to modify or cancel your subscription

If you would like to update the payment method information for your subscription but do not yet have a customer account on our website, you will need to create a customer account using the same email address associated with your subscription. Afterward, login to our website, then click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link on your Account Details page, or click here.

Out of stock products
We are only able to honor subscription orders (and automatic re-orders) for products that are in stock. Subscription orders and re-orders will not process for out of stock products.

Subscriptions shipping prices
Shipping charges for subscriptions are based on the weight of products in each order and on the available carrier options (i.e. UPS Ground, USPS First Class or Priority). Subscription orders with subtotals of $100 or more will receive FREE Standard Shipping.

Avena Botanicals Rewards Points and product subscriptions 
If you are enrolled in our Avena Botanicals Rewards Points program, you will accrue points for every subscription order. However, Avena Botanicals Rewards discount codes may not be applied to product subscriptions.

Discount Codes
Unless specifically indicated otherwise, discount codes received through such programs as our Avena Botanicals Rewards and Birthday Rewards programs may not be applied to product subscriptions.
