Serving Size: 1 tsp (2.4g) up to 3x/day.

Suggested Use: Mix 1/2-1 teaspoon in hot water, hot cereal, or warm milk 1-2 times daily. Sweeten with honey, maple syrup, or Rose Petal Elixir as desired. Add warming herbs like cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and cardamom. Particularly nice as part of an evening routine.
