Lymph Mover

Supports healthy lymphatic and immune function.*

About Lymph Mover: Lymph Mover is a potent blend of five herbs that support the health and function of the human lymphatic system in a diverse way. The lymphatic system runs throughout the entire body, branching into small capillaries that extend into the interstitial fluid of the body, making contact with every organ. The lymphatic system works both as part of the immune system and the circulatory system, but unlike the heart, it does not have a central pump. Instead, it has valves and nodes along its vessels that move and manage fluid, assessing for pathogens along the way.

This dynamic formula deeply supports the vibrancy of the lymphatic system as well as the function of the liver, kidney, and immune system, which all play important roles in the integrity of the lymphatic system. Although the best way to support the physical movement of lymph fluid around the body is through muscle contraction via movement and massage, Lymph Mover promotes healthy lymphatic tissue and the flow of fluid. Best used as a tonic for a period of time.

Plant Profiles:

  • Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus) - The bitter compounds in Blessed Thistle stimulate healthy digestive and liver function. When we harvest this special plant, the leaves and flowers can taste bitter in our mouths. Supports healthy stomach acid balance and the immune system.
  • Cleavers (Galium aparine) - This humble plant loves to grow on the edges of our gardens, often in damp, rich soil, suggesting some of its gifts. Cleavers deeply supports lymphatic circulation, especially lymph node health. The long and vibrant leafy stalks of Cleavers have long been valued for their "cleaning" and detoxifying quality of the body.
  • Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) - The seeds of this beautiful thistle are highly prized for their ability to support the healthy detoxification processes of the body. Milk Thistle works to protect healthy liver tissue and support the function of the lymphatic system and liver.
  • Prickly Ash (Zanthoxylum americanum) - The inner bark of this impressive tree tingles and "prickles" the tongue. This same kind of energy is applied to the body's circulation, most specifically helping to warm cold or constricted tissues and invigorate the lymphatic system.
  • Red Root (Ceanothus americanus) - Spicy and aromatically scented with a crimson color, Red Root is a bit warming and an incredible ally to the immune and lymphatic systems. Red Root supports lymphatic flow and congested breast tissue.
