Serving Size: 2 TBL (30ml).
Suggested Use: These dried herbs come with printed directions for preparation. We recommend cooking for 8 hours, adding extra water as needed in order to keep all the herbs and mushrooms covered, and freezing the strained broth into ice cube trays. Add 1-2 ice cubes of immune broth, 1 tablespoon of miso, and near boiling water to a mug for daily nourishment. If not immediately preparing the broth, store dried broth mix in the freezer.
