About Nettle Leaf: Nettle leaf is one of the most nutritious plants on earth, categorized both as a food and a beneficial herb. Nettle leaf is high in minerals and micronutrients like iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and various amino acids (the building blocks of proteins). Harvested and dried in spring, Nettles are delicious and supportive all year round. They nourish and revitalize the whole body.

Nettles enjoy a long infusion (30 minutes to 8 hours), and when brewed this way, result in an emerald green and thirst-quenching tea that supports the immune system, the lymphatic system, liver, and kidneys. Nettles are a wonderful ally for the changing seasons. The leaves help to strengthen and restore energy and stamina by supporting a healthy adrenal system and encourage healthy metabolic functions in the body. Nettles support healthy tissues and cells, offers resilience to our souls, and helps build loving boundaries for the whole body.
