These roots help to cool and clear excess heat in tissues and promote a healthy immune response.
  • Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis) - Bright yellow, bitter, and cooling roots have long been utilized to support the mucus membranes of the body, with a special affinity for the respiratory and digestive systems.
  • Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) - This ancient plant may have been around in its identical form during the age of the dinosaurs. Rich in minerals like silica, the young fronds of Horsetail help to support the tissues of the body for increased resiliency and strength. Horsetail also supports kidney function and elimination therein. A great tonic.
