Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns caused by our error and will issue a refund or exchange in such cases. Notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. At our discretion, we may accept returns of tinctures, elixirs, and glycerites. All returns must be pre-authorized and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Due to health regulations, any product that has been opened may not be returned. Cremes, salves, oils, teas, powders, dried herbs, and special orders (i.e. special sizes or special order products) are not returnable under any circumstance.

Shipping

We offer UPS & US Postal Service shipping options and ship both domestically and internationally. If you're ordering on this website, you'll be able to obtain a shipping quote before your purchase. Please note that we currently do not ship out packages on Fridays.

We can arrange expedited order shipping via UPS Next Day Air and 2-Day Air, as well as USPS Priority Mail 1-Day, upon request by phone. All expedited orders must be placed by phone before 11am EST, Monday – Thursday. Please call 866-282-8362 to arrange an expedited order.

Handling

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling of your order prior to shipping. To request that your order be expedited, please call us at 207-594-0694 or email us.

Bulk Size Shipping

Due to regulations, we will ship any liquid products over 16 oz in size in plastic containers. We recommend that you decant bulk size tinctures into glass bottles upon receipt to ensure optimal product integrity over time. Upon request, we can ship liquid products in multiple glass bottles (16 oz size or smaller) for an additional fee.
